We partner with multiple mail carriers to deliver our products to customers. Once a package leaves our facility, customer tracking information will provide the most up-to-date knowledge on your order's location. If you contact your local carrier office, they should be able to provide you with more detailed information.
Packages have, rarely, been scanned as "delivered" before they are actually delivered. We suggest waiting 24-36 hours after delivery notification to see if your order arrives.
