You may return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving original purchase. Socks/masks must be unworn and in original packaging to be eligible for an exchange/return. For health and sanitation purposes, we do not accept returns of items that have been tried on.
You can expect a full refund to the payment method used during checkout within 1-3 business days of our receiving of the return. If you are exchanging an item, we will process and ship the new item within 2-5 business days of our receiving of the exchange.
Defective items can be returned and exchanged only after our customer service staff can confirm a defect/damage. Please contact us with questions.
